Tad Stahnke directs the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's international educational outreach as well as its Initiative on Holocaust Denial and Antisemitism. The Initiative seeks to forge partnerships with organizations and individuals in Europe and the Middle East to reach young adults in communities where antisemitism and Holocaust denial or distortion are influential with information about the Holocaust and its relevance for today. An expert on religion and human rights law, before joining the Museum Mr. Stahnke was program director at Human Rights First and policy director at the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom. He holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Aleisa Fishman is a historian at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Within the division of International Educational Outreach, she leads the team’s work to present USHMM exhibitions and related educational programming abroad. She curated the Museum’s podcast series Voices on Antisemitism, a component of the Museum’s efforts to address contemporary antisemitism. A graduate of Duke University, Dr. Fishman received her Ph.D. in American History from American University.

Based in Berlin, Klaus Mueller serves as the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s Representative for Europe on the themes of Holocaust documentation and education, antisemitism today, and genocide prevention. He also serves on the United States delegation to the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), where he chaired IHRA’s Committee on Holocaust, Genocide and Crimes against Humanity in 2018.  Dr. Mueller holds a PhD in Sociology and a Master’s degree in German Literature and Philosophy.
