Remco Ensel works in the field of modern history. He studied history and anthropology at the University of Amsterdam, where he also obtained his PhD (Saints and Servants in Southern Morocco, Brill, 1999). His latest book is “Anne Frank on the Postwar Dutch Stage. Performance, Memory, Affect,” (Routledge 2022). MORE…

Esther Ham is a teaching professor at IU. She started teaching at IU a little over 20 years ago.  Nowadays, she focuses mostly on the didactics of teaching a foreign language and many different culture courses. She also teaches about events connected to the Second World War and the Netherlands, including films and literature made during or after 1945. MORE…  

Alvin H. Rosenfeld, Professor of English and Jewish Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington, received his Ph.D. from Brown University in 1967 and has taught at Indiana University since 1968. He holds the Irving M. Glazer Chair in Jewish Studies and is Director of the university’s Institute for the Study of Contemporary Antisemitism. MORE…
